The Audi Care Card

Customer satisfaction is our priority concerns as Audi importer in Indonesia. One of the factors in satisfying our customers is to give after-sales service for customers who had purchased Audi. PT Garuda Mataram Motor is always giving and tries to improve our after-sales service in different ways compared with other competitors in its class.
Therefore, we are pleased to launch Audi Care Card as an appreciation to our loyal customers. For our new Audi customers, Audi Care Card will be given during warranty period. As for JPA’s holders (Jaminan Perawatan Audi) will receive Audi Care Card for free. Customers who passed warranty period also can get Audi Care Card by participating in Annual Inspection Service at our Audi Authorized dealers. This card will be sent to the address registered at authorized dealers database.

3 features of Audi Care Cards are listed as follows:

1. Privileged Card

You’re entitled to get Audi Assist Service with lower charges depending on card code status availability:

• 24 Hours emergency Service
• Towing Service

In the meantime, we have different rate charges for Towing Service and Audi Assist Service for Audi card holders and Audi non-card holders, effective from 1 October 2005.

2. Priority Card

You’re entitled to get priority service in Audi Authorized dealer depending on the prevailing conditions.

3. Discount Card

You’re entitled to get discount prices on spare parts, labor, and Audi merchandise parts as following conditions:

• Discount 5 % on labor and service with Audi genuine spare parts

• Discount 5 % on labor and service with Audi genuine accessories

• Discount 5 % on Audi genuine spare parts

• Discount 5 % on Audi genuine accessories

• Discount 5 % on Audi genuine merchandise parts.
